The Class A Common Shares of Discovery Air Inc. (DA.A) will be posted for trading at the opening on Thursday, September 29, 2011 on a one-for-ten consolidated basis under the new CUSIP number 25470E 40 4.

No fractional Shares will be issued if, as a result of the consolidation, a shareholder would otherwise be entitled to a fractional Share. Instead, if, as a result of the consolidation, a shareholder is entitled to a fractional Share, such fractional Share that is less than 1/2 of one post-consolidation Share will be cancelled and each fractional Share that is at least 1/2 of one post-consolidation Share will be rounded up to one whole post-consolidation Share.

Letters of Transmittal were mailed to holders of Shares on or about September 26, 2011, requesting them to forward their Letters of Transmittal together with their pre-consolidated share certificates to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto in exchange for new share certificates representing the number of consolidated Shares to which they are entitled.
